Notes de dégustation: Pale, salmon-pink. The nose is delicate, with aromas of mandarin and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is round, luscious, and underpinned by a bright acidity. Notes of small red berries and citrus fruit are punctuated by a savouriness that is both pleasurable and thirst-quenching. A fine, complex rosé to enjoy as it is, or with summer dishes such as grilled fish, shellfish and mixed salads.
