After a first sell-out event last January, Château Capion is holding its second Oursinade, or Sea Urchin Festival, on Saturday 7th March in Aniane. Oyster-seller Adrien Guillard of Ó Delit des Cieux is back with products from the open sea selected by his family, and from his mother’s shop, Lyne’s Oysters, based in Mèze next to the étang de Thau.
Choose from two menus of shellfish and crustaceans to accompany wines from the estate.
